Oasis
For many of us life is full on and we need some space to reflect and be refreshed to face the challenges each month will bring. Oasis is an attempt to create such a space where we can encounter God through the bible, music, silence, images and fellowship.
We meet in the church on the first Sunday of each month from 6.00-7.00pm and follow different themes at various times in the church year. Although Paul the Rector is involved in most of these evenings, a variety of people take turns in leading as we draw on the depths of experience and insights within our own congregation. Many of us do find it a true spiritual oasis as we begin a new month.
